When faced with a looming shortage of D50, Jackson Hole Fire/EMS’s began thinking about alternatives. We collectively began researching a switch from D50 to D10. We were soon convinced that administering D10 supplies appropriate therapeutic outcomes without the disadvantages of a D50 bolus.
